We're confident you'll love your Tint Ritual experience.

If you've purchased a Tint Ritual Kit and you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

If, after following our application and removal guides and working with our team, you still feel our system isn't right for you, we'll refund your kit purchase price minus shipping cost within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for our 30-Day Love Your Ritual Guarantee:

  • Your order must include a Tint Ritual Kit.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Follow the application and removal instructions provided in our Ritual Guide.
  • Contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Provide your order number and photos or videos showing your results.

What's Covered

The guarantee applies to first-time Kit purchases only. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, household, and shipping address.

 

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Individual gel colours, accessories, refills, or replacement products
  • Subsequent purchases
  • Change of mind or colour selection preferences
  • Failure to follow application or removal instructions
  • Products purchased through unauthorised retailers
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping costs

Return Process

If your refund request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your kit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must include all kit components.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

We offer Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or for regional areas.

 

We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Order Process

Orders are processed in 1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

03.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@tintritual.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

04.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Returns

We only accept returns on items that are: unopened, unused and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. 

 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at hello@tintritual.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@tintritual.com to request a return and supply your order number
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Send your item back securely
  4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@tintritual.com within 

7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please include the following information in the email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used gel polish products
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
